St. Patrick’s Day is upon us! It is time to go forth in search of green beer and good times; what better way is there to celebrate the season of the shamrock than a good old-fashioned pub crawl?

BarCrawls.com details events across the United States (and some cities in Canada and abroad!) and offers similar packages to get everyone in the spirit of the holiday. Basic packages include a Kick-Off Event on Friday; the full package includes a wristband, cup, and a map for a three day event on Friday, Saturday, and Monday — the actual holiday. Some locations, where the holiday and population both demand more attention, even include breakfast buffets on Saturday morning.

1. Austin, Texas

If you’re still reeling from SXSW, you’re not the only one! Stay in party mode, and head to the Nook Ampitheater to register for the Austin area pub crawl. This event includes the basic and three day packages with five bars signed up to host the event: Rebels Honky Tonk, The Thirsty Nickel, Sully’s Side Bar, the Nook Ampitheater, and Amped Austin.

2. Miami, Florida

Sign up at Brother Jimmy’s BBQ Miami to join the party! This event includes the basic and three day packages with an astounding nine bars signed up to host the event: Red Bar Gallery, Tobacco Road, Fado Irish Pub, Brother Jimmy’s BBQ Miami, Burger and Beer Joint, Blue Martini, Batch Gastropub, Segafredo, and Havana 1957 Brickell.

3. Seattle, Washington

Party hard in a city where the bars sound as hip as the people who frequent them! Start your St. Paddy’s Day Weekend off by signing up at the Ampersand Lounge. Seattle’s bar crawl includes the basic and three day packages with six bars registered to host the event: the Ampersand Lounge, Amber, Cyclops, Cellars, the Rabbit Hole, and Rendezvous.

4. New Orleans, Louisiana

Mardi Gras was only a few weeks ago, and no one knows how to party like the people of New Orleans. This crawl goes into the wee hours of the morning, finishing off at 4 a.m., and all of the bars registered are located on world-famous Bourbon Street. Sign up at the Krazy Korner to join the madness! The New Orleans crawl features six bars: Funky 544, Krazy Korner, Bourbon Bandstand, Old Opera House, Fat Catz, and Famous Door.

5. Atlanta, Georgia

This city is anything but a small Southern town. With a culture rich in history and a booming economy, Atlanta knows how to party with the rest of them. Sign up to join the fun at Andrews Upstairs for the basic or the three day packages. Atlanta’s crawl has five bars registered to host the event: Andrews Upstairs, Buckhead Bottle Bar & Bistro, Buckhead Saloon Inc, Black Bar Tavern, and Stout Irish Pub.

6. Santa Monica, California

This beachfront city in west Los Angeles is renowned for the famous Santa Monica Pier, and it has become a favorite getaway for its beautiful weather. Enjoy a day of surf and sun, and then head over to the Albright to register for the basic or three day event packages. This crawl features a whopping seven bars: the Britannia, Daily Pint, O’Brien’s Irish Pub & Restaurant, the Charleston, the Albright, Barney’s Beanery, and Enterprise Fish Co.

7. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

This city goes above and beyond for St. Paddy’s Day events. Not only are the basic and three day packages offered, but Philly includes a bonus venue, Whisper, on Saturday. If you want to go all-out, you can opt for the “Top O’ the Mornin'” three day all access pass to include a breakfast buffet and open bar at the registration bar, Tavern on Broad, on Saturday morning from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Philadelphia even offers a T-shirt add-on option, while supplies last. This crawl features seven locations: Bourbon & Branch, Voltage Lounge, Tabu Lounge & Sports Bar, the Raven Lounge, Lox Stock and Barrel, Liberty Bar, and Tavern on Broad.

8. New York City, New York

New York City actually has two pub crawls registered on BarCrawls, with one in Midtown / Murray Hill and one in Brooklyn. If you’re looking to party all night long, go with the Midtown crawl, which features an incomparable 14 bars registered to host the event. The Brooklyn event is more tame with only six bars registered. Both locations feature similar add-ons to Philadelphia’s crawl with the bonus Saturday venue, The Royal, and the breakfast buffet and open bar at McFadden’s on Saturday morning.
