Our campaign for breast cancer awareness, #MUIcares, and the month of October are coming to a close, but that doesn’t mean that breast health is any less important other times of the year. Regular screenings are absolutely important, but what else can you do to ensure that you give yourself the best chance against getting this — tragically — very common disease?

Keep your body in good health.

It may seem obvious, but getting your regular exercise is very important for breast health. High estrogen levels have been linked to breast cancer, and your estrogen levels rise along with the number on the scale. Remember to stretch every day, and try to get in at least three good sessions of cardio per week. Your ta-tas will thank you for it! (becuo.com)
