1. “The Avengers: Age of Ultron” will be hitting theaters on May 1. Fans are excited to see “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” tied into the “Avengers” sequel. 2. “Jurassic World,” which picks up 22 years after the world of “Jurassic Park,” will hit theaters on June 12. Actor Irrfan Khan says the “film will definitely be scary, but this is not a horror film, so it will be like a scary adventure.” The movie will follow the establishment of a fully operational dinosaur theme park — what could go wrong? 4. “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2” will be released on November 20. While Philip Seymour Hoffman’s death won’t change the release date, it will be interesting to see how his absence will be approached; apparently, he died before filming “one major, emotional scene.” Watch the trailer here.

5. “Star Wars: Episode VII” will hit theaters on December 18. This episode’s events take place 30 years after “Return of the Jedi.” This will be the first “Star Wars” film made since Disney acquired Lucasfilm back in 2012. Don’t worry, though; George Lucas, the creator of “Star Wars,” will still be a part of the team as a creative consultant. Watch the trailer here.
