Women are often scared that weights will make them bulky, but this is not the case. Remember you are your worst critic. There is nothing wrong with wanting to tone up a bit here and there but often we judge ourselves harder than anyone else. Before you look in the mirror and focus on your problem areas, remember that they may seem worse to you than to anyone else.
