– Nearly 2,500 flights canceled on Monday –
Nearly 2,500 flights were canceled by airlines around the world on Monday, with the Omigron variant disrupting pilots and staff sick or isolated travel during the holidays.
According to a recent report on the Flightaware site, at 5:00 pm (4:00 pm GMT) on Monday, the disruption mainly affected China, Indonesia and the United States (a quarter of the total).
Flightaware had already booked nearly 8,000 cancellations over the Christmas weekend.

After the holidays, telecommunications are mandatory at least three days a week as much as possible.
New isolation rules for patients and their contacts will be announced by the end of the week, while the current rules raise fears that the country will be paralyzed by the proliferation of strikes.
